Anawari Mitchell is an active member of Papulankutja Artists in Blackstone WA.

The Dreaming Story of this region is the story of the Seven Sisters who are chased through the desert by one man.  There are numerous stories about the travels of these Sisters, going through the country and desert.  The story follows them to their journey to the skies, where they form the Peliades group of seven stars in the southern skies.  Throughout the Western desert communities there are many variations of this Dreaming Story.
