Artist Biography:
Ayla is a young emerging artist. She is the daughter of popular local artist, Marie Napurulla, and has been learning to paint from her mother, since primary school days.
This painting is about all women coming for womens’ ceremony for four days, with images of the sun rising (red) and moon rising (blue) during ceremony days.
